I would like to convey my joyful and prosperous Ethiopian New Year greetings to all our employees and stakeholders of Arfasa General Trading plc and its sister companies. As it has been known, every time we come up with the New Year celebration, it is expedient to our last year performance evaluation and preparation for the New Year operational activities.
In our last year performance, our company had been successfully performed in our internal operational activities and quality coffee exporting volume, contributing our lion share by generating above USD 30 million and We could stood 4th place as country. Besides; as ‘’ Social responsibility’’ is our core value, by the year 2015 Eth.C. we had spent more than ETB 20 million in sharing meal and reconstruction of houses for the needy in different operational sight and Addis Ababa city.
Our company also paid incentives to its employees for their performance and Help to boost readiness and preparedness for the betterment of their performances all along with the new Ethiopian operational year and paid premium for farmers as per their coffee quality and quantity supplied for our export market that will help the farmers to be consistent in boosting quality and quantity to be supplied to the international market.
Finally, I would like to mark and wish for the coming New Year to prepare ourselves for the better performance in our export quality and quantity by improving our teamwork and commitment. Once again, I wish happy and prosperous Ethiopian New Year 2016 Eth.C to all employees and our stakeholders.
