- Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 employees
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Make hiring and staffing decisions for the department
- Handle employee performance reviews, feedback, and discipline
- Liaise with other department managers and the executive team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Ensure all departmental policies and procedures are followed
- Report on key performance metrics and provide updates to leadership
