Manager Wanted

  • Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 employees
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
  • Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Make hiring and staffing decisions for the department
  • Handle employee performance reviews, feedback, and discipline
  • Liaise with other department managers and the executive team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Ensure all departmental policies and procedures are followed
  • Report on key performance metrics and provide updates to leadership
